Each tablet contains magnesium oxide 600 mg and pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B 6 ) 25 mg equivalent to Vitamin B 6 20 mg. Each tablet yields 362 mg of magnesium and supplies 90% of the Adult U.S. Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for magnesium and 1000% of the Adult RDA for Vitamin B 6 .

INDICATIONS

As a dietary supplement for patients with magnesium and/or Vitamin B 6 deficiencies resulting from malnutrition, alcoholism, magnesium depleting drugs, chemotherapy, and inadequate nutritional intake or absorption. Also, increases urinary magnesium levels.

DOSAGE

One tablet daily or as directed by a physician.

Do not take this product if you are presently taking a prescription drug without consulting your physician or other health professional.

If you have kidney disease, take only under the supervision of a physician. Excessive dosage may cause laxation. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product.

HOW SUPPLIED

Golden yellow, film-coated tablet with the letters BP and the number 132 imprinted on each tablet. Packaged in bottles of 100 (NDC 0486-1132-01) tablets.
