Desitin Creamy contains Zinc Oxide (10%) in a white petrolatum base suitable for topical application. Also contains: cyclomethicone, dimethicone, fragrance, methylparaben, microcrystalline wax, mineral oil, propylparaben, purified water, sodium borate, sorbitan sesquioleate, white petrolatum and white wax.
Actions and Uses: Desitin Creamy treats diaper rash and soothes irritated skin. It also prevents diaper rash by forming a protective barrier that helps seal out wetness and irritants that can cause diaper rash. Desitin Creamy has a pleasant hypoallergenic formula that is easy to apply, easy to clean off, and has a fresh scent.
Directions: 1) Change wet and soiled diapers promptly. 2) Cleanse the diaper area. 3) Allow to dry. 4) Apply ointment liberally as often as necessary, with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged.
