Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 30 mg, Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 60 mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4 mg, Acetaminophen 650 mg

Inactives:   Alcohol, Blue 1, Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Citric Acid, Flavor, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Polyethylene Glycol, Polyethylene Oxide, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Red 40, Saccharin Sodium, Sodium Citrate.

Sodium Content:   32 mg per 20 mL dose.

Uses:   Temporarily relieves cough/cold/flu symptoms:

• cough
• nasal congestion
• runny nose
• sneezing
• headache
• fever
• muscular aches
• sore throat pain

Directions:    Use teaspoon (tsp) or dose cup.

Under 12 yrs.: Ask a doctor.

Repeat every 6 hours, not to exceed 4 doses per day, or use as directed by a doctor.

Failure to follow these could result in serious consequences.

:    Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not use with other products containing Acetaminophen.

If nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occur, discontinue use and ask a doctor. May cause drowsiness. May cause excitability especially in children.

Do not take unless directed by a doctor if you have:

• heart disease
• asthma
• emphysema
• thyroid disease
• diabetes
• glaucoma
• high blood pressure
• excessive phlegm (mucus)
• breathing problems
• chronic bronchitis
• difficulty in breathing
• persistent or chronic cough
• cough associated with smoking
• difficulty in urination due to enlarged prostate gland

Alcohol Warning:  

If you generally consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks per day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage.

Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In the case of accidental overdose, seek professional advice or contact a poison control center immediately. Prompt medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product.

Alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase the drowsiness effect. Avoid alcoholic beverages while taking this product. Use caution when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery.

Drug Interaction Precaution:   Do not use this product without first asking a doctor if you take:

• sedatives
• tranquilizers
• a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson' disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug or if you are uncertain whether your prescription drug contains an MAOI.

Dosing Duration: Do not use over 7 days. Ask a Doctor:

• If sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting.
• If symptoms do not improve or are accompanied by a fever that lasts more than 3 days, or if new symptoms occur.
• If a cough presists for more than 7 days, recurs, or is accompanied by a rash or persistent headache. A persistent cough may be the sign of a serious condition.

How Supplied:   Available in 4 FL OZ (118 ml) and 8 FL OZ (236 ml) plastic bottles. A calibrated dose cup accompanies each bottle.
