Active Ingredients:

Mild Formula--0.25% phenylephrine hydrochloride

Regular Strength--0.5% phenylephrine hydrochloride

Extra Strength--1% phenylephrine hydrochloride

Inactive Ingredients:  Benzalkonium Chloride and Thimerosal 0.001% as preservatives, Citric Acid, Purified Water, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Citrate.

  For temporary relief of nasal congestion due to cold, hay fever, or other upper respiratory allergies or association with sinusitis.

Temporary relieves stuffy nose and restores freer breathing through the nose. Helps decongest sinus openings and passages; temporary relieves sinus congestion and pressure.

Directions:   For a 0.25% solution (Mild): Adults and children 6 to under 12 years of age (with adult supervision): 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril not more often than every 4 hours. Children under 6 years of age: consult a doctor.

For a 0.5% solution (Regular) or for a 1.0% solution (Extra):

Adults and children 12 years of age and over: 2 or 3 drops or sprays in each nostril not more often than every 4 hours. Do not give to children under 12 years of age unless directed by a doctor.

Do not exceed recommended dosage. This product may cause temporary discomfort such as burning, stinging, sneezing, or an increase in nasal discharge. The use of this container by more than one person may spread infection. Do not use this product for more than 3 days. Use only as directed. Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor. Do not use this product if you have (or give this product to a child who has) heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, or difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland unless directed by a doctor.

Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. As with any drug if you are pregnant or nursing a baby seek the advice of a health professional before using this product.

In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.

Storage

Store at room temperature. Protect from light. Do not use if solution is brown or contains a precipitate.

How Supplied: Mild Formula (0.25%) in 15 mL spray. Regular Strength (0.5%) in 15 mL drops and spray. Extra Strength (1.0%) in 15 mL drops and spray.
