Children's NyQuil was specially formulated with three effective ingredients to relieve nighttime cough, nasal congestion, and runny nose so children can rest. Children's NyQuil® is alcohol free and analgesic free and has a pleasant cherry flavor.

Active Ingredients:   Per 1 TBSP.: Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg, Pseudoephedrine HCl 30 mg, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 15 mg.

Inactive Ingredients:   Citric Acid, Flavor, Potassium Sorbate, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Red 40, Sodium Citrate, Sucrose.

Sodium Content:   141 mg per 30 ml dose.

Uses:   Temporarily relieves cold symptoms:

• nasal congestion
• runny nose
• sneezing
• cough

Directions:   Use Tablespoon (TBSP) or dose cup.

Repeat every 6 hours, not to exceed 4 doses per day or use as directed by a doctor.

:   Do not exceed recommended dosage.

If nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occur, discontinue use and ask a doctor. May cause marked drowsiness. May cause excitability, especially in children.

Do not take unless directed by a doctor if you have:

• heart disease
• asthma
• emphysema
• thyroid disease
• diabetes
• glaucoma
• high blood pressure
• excessive phelgm (mucus)
• breathing problems
• chronic bronchitis
• difficulty in breathing
• persistent or chronic cough
• cough associated with smoking
• difficulty in urination due to enlarged prostate gland

Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In the case of accidental overdose, seek professional advice or contact a poison control center immediately. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product.

Alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase the drowsiness effect. Avoid alcoholic beverages while taking this product. Use caution when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery.

Do not use this product if you are on a sodium-restricted diet unless directed by a doctor.

Drug Interaction Precaution: Do not take this product without first asking a doctor if you take:

• sedatives
• tranquilizers
• a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson' disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug or if you are uncertain whether your prescription drug contains an MAOI.

Dosing Duration: Do not use over 7 days. Ask a Doctor:

• If symptoms do not improve within 7 days or are accompanied by a fever.
• If a cough persists for more than 7 days, recurs, or is accompanied by a fever, rash or persistent headache. A persistent cough may be the sign of a serious condition.
