Each SOFTCHEWS® Tablet Contains: pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, USP, 15mg, dextromethorphan hydrobromide, USP, 5mg, and chlorpheniramine maleate, USP, 1mg.

Temporarily relieves cold and allergy symptoms, including coughs due to minor throat and bronchial irritation; runny nose; stuffy nose; sneezing; itching of the nose or throat; and itchy, water eyes.

Inactive Ingredients: aspartame, citric acid, crospovidone, D&C Red No. 27 aluminum lake, ethylcellulose, FD&C Blue No. 1 aluminum lake, flavors, magnesium stearate, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, silicon dioxide, and sodium bicarbonate.

Sodium content: contains 5mg per SOFTCHEWS® tablet

: Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. Prompt medical attention is critical for adults, as well as for children, even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.

Do not exceed recommended dosage. If nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplenssness occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor. If symptoms do not improve within 7 days or are accompanied by fever, consult a doctor. A persistent cough may be a sign of a serious condition. If cough persists for more than 7 days, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache, or if new symptoms occur, consult a doctor. Do not take this product: 1) If cough is accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus); 2) for persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, or emphysema; 3) if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma, a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis, or difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland; or 4) if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers, unless directed by a doctor. May cause excitability, especially in children. May cause drowsiness; alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase the drowsiness effect. Avoid alcoholic beverages while taking this product. Use caution when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product.

Drug Interaction Precaution: Do not use this product if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor [MAOI] (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson' disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you are uncertain whether your prescription drug contains an MAOI, consult a health professional before taking this product.

STORE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. CONTAINS NO ASPIRIN.

Phenylketonurics: Contains phenylalanine, 17.7mg per Softchews ® Tablet.

Directions: Let Softchews ® tablet dissolve in mouth or chew Softchews ® tablet before swallowing, whichever is preferred. Children 6 to under 12 years of age: 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours. Children 12 years of age and over and adults: 4 tablets every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Children under 6 years of age, consult a doctor.
