Tanac Liquid provides fast, soothing relief from painful canker sores and gum irritations because it contains an effective anesthetic plus an antiseptic. It's alcohol-free so it doesn't sting.

Active Ingredients:   Benzocaine 10%, Benzalkonium Chloride 0.12%.

Inactive Ingredients:   Flavor, Polyethylene Glycol 400, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Sodium Saccharin, Tannic Acid.

  For temporary relief of pain from mouth sores, canker sores, fever blisters and gum irritations.

:   If the condition for which this preparation is used persists or if a rash or irritation develops, discontinue use and consult a physician. Use as indicated but not for more than 5 consecutive days. Not for prolonged use. Avoid getting into eyes. Do not use if you have a history of allergy to local anesthetics such as procaine, butacaine, benzocaine, or other "caine" anesthetics. KEEP THIS AND ALL DRUGS OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of accidental overdose or allergic reaction, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Do not use if imprinted bottle cap safety seal is broken or missing prior to opening.

Dosage and Administration:   Apply with cotton or cotton swab to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.
