Each Gram Contains: Polymyxin B Sulfate 10,000 units, Neomycin 3.5 mg, and Pramoxine Hydrochloride 10 mg. Also contains: Emulsifying Wax, Methylparaben 0.25% (added as a preservative), Mineral Oil, Poloxamer 188, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, and White Petrolatum.
First aid to help prevent infection and provide temporary relief of pain or discomfort in minor cuts, scrapes, and burns.
Directions: Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Clean the affected area. Apply a small amount of this product (an amount equal to the surface area of the tip of a finger) on the area 1 to 3 times daily. May be covered with a sterile bandage. under 2 years of age: Consult a physician.

Stop use and consult a physician if the condition persists or gets worse, or if symptoms persist for more than 1 week or clear up and occur again within a few days, or if a rash or other allergic reaction develops.
